Recently, the Wuhan Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology released the list of enterprises that have passed the digital transformation acceptance of small and medium-sized enterprises in Wuhan in 2025 (the fifth batch). Wuhan Half the Sky was successfully selected into the list and obtained Wuhan City’s second-level certification for digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises in 2025, marking a substantial breakthrough in Wuhan Half the Sky’s digital transformation and officially entering a new stage of high-quality development.
According to the “Wuhan Small and Medium Enterprises Digital Transformation Pilot City Implementation Plan”, the acceptance assessment is strictly based on the “Small and Medium Enterprises Digital Level Evaluation Indicators” and will be performed by a qualified third-party agency. The plan clearly stipulates that after transformation, the digitalization level of enterprises must reach level two and above, and the proportion of industrial enterprises above designated size and provincial-level specialized and new enterprises reaching level three and above shall be no less than 50%.
