Qiu Xuewen, general manager of Wuhan Half the Sky, gave a comprehensive summary of the work in 2023 at the meeting. He reviewed the achievements of Half the Sky in 2023 and expressed his gratitude to the Half the Sky people for their silent efforts. With the efforts of all Half the Sky people, many of the company’s operating and management indicators have reached new highs, and Half the Sky’s overall status in China’s medical device industry has gradually improved. At the same time, he also reflected on the existing problems and deficiencies and put forward specific requirements for the relevant responsible persons.
In the 2024 strategic planning report, General Manager Qiu Xuewen planned the goals, tasks and strategic ideas for 2024 from the aspects of company image marketing, product research and development, production supply, marketing, public relations, investment and financing, etc., and mentioned key words such as dreams and goals many times, emphasizing that all Half the Sky people should set higher goals in the new year, practice on the job, and prove their value with actual results.
At the meeting, He Junfen, the public relations director of the General Manager’s Office, read out the company’s advanced commendation decision and commended the 2023 advanced units and outstanding individuals.
General Manager Qiu Xuewen congratulated the commended groups and individuals and encouraged them to continue their efforts in 2024. In order to ensure the successful completion of the company’s operating targets in 2024 and promote the market share of Half the Sky products to a new high, the heads of each business unit have set up missions and signed a “military order” on the spot under the organization of Marketing Director Qiu Zhixiong and Financial Director Chen Xinshu. Everyone showed their determination and confidence to go all out and never give up until the goal is achieved.
