On August 22, the Hubei Provincial Development and Reform Commission Office announced the list of Hubei Provincial Enterprise Technology Centers to be recognized in 2022 (the 28th batch), and Wuhan Half the Sky is among them!
According to the “Measures for the Management of the Recognition of Enterprise Technology Centers in Hubei Province” (Efa Gaoji [2017] No. 353) and the “Notice of the Provincial Development and Reform Commission Office on Organizing and Carrying out the Recognition Work of Enterprise Technology Centers in Hubei Province in 2022” (Efa Gaoji [2017] No. 353) According to the requirements of the National Development and Reform Commission’s High-tech (2022) No. 20), a total of 80 enterprise technology centers are planned to be recognized as Hubei Provincial Enterprise Technology Centers after qualification review, preliminary evaluation, expert review, on-site inspection, department review, credit review and other links.
The state encourages and supports enterprises to establish technology centers, give full play to the main role of enterprises in technological innovation, and establish and improve systems and mechanisms for enterprises to lead industrial technology research and development innovation. In accordance with the requirements of innovation-driven development and the needs of economic transformation and upgrading, qualified enterprise technology centers with strong innovation capabilities, good innovation mechanisms, large leadership and demonstration roles will be identified, and policy support will be provided to encourage and guide key industry enterprises to drive industrial technological progress and improve innovation capabilities.
