From December 14th to 17th, the 11th China Cervical Cancer Prevention and Treatment Project Academic Annual Conference and the National Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia and Cervical Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment Hotspot Forum were successfully held in Hefei, Anhui, hosted by the Obstetrics and Gynecology Branch of the China Association for the Promotion of International Medical Care and the Organizing Committee of the China Cervical Cancer Prevention and Treatment Project, and co-organized by the First Affiliated Hospital of the University of Science and Technology of China and the Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology Professional Committee of the Anhui Maternal and Child Health Association.

They represent the highest level in the field of obstetrics and gynecology in my country and have laid a solid foundation for the development of obstetrics and gynecology departments and the cultivation of obstetrics and gynecology talents in my country. The release of the 4th edition of “Chinese Obstetrics and Gynecology” is of far-reaching significance for continuing to inherit the academic spirit of obstetrics and gynecology, telling the story of Chinese obstetrics and gynecology, building confidence in medical culture, implementing the Healthy China strategy, and safeguarding women’s health.
Professor Cao Zeyi, former President of West China University of Medical Sciences and Vice Minister of Health, Professor Chen Chunling, Secretary-General of the China Cervical Cancer Prevention and Treatment Project Organizing Committee, and other well-known domestic professors of gynecological oncology and experts active in the field of gynecological oncology, held special lectures and expert on-site comments on the current status of cervical cancer prevention, basic research, HPV vaccine and screening, and cervical cancer treatment issues.
The award ceremony of “The Trust of Life – China Walks Together to Find the Most Beautiful Cervical Guardian” was also held at the meeting.
