1. Marketing position
1. Regional sales manager
Work area: any major region across the country Base location: local
Job Responsibilities:
1. Based on the sales targets of the region under your jurisdiction, formulate and implement a sales plan suitable for the region;
2. Guide and supervise regional sales managers to establish sales plans and achieve sales targets;
3. Establish a reasonable and effective agent network within the jurisdiction, ensure full coverage of target hospitals, and urge agents to complete sales targets;
4. Arrange and coordinate various market and academic activities suitable for regional business development, and be responsible for the completion of bidding work in the region.
Qualifications:
1. College degree or above, more than five years of sales experience in the general surgery or gynecological medical device industry, or sales experience in medical aesthetics or bioesthetics;
2. Must have major surgical or gynecological experts and dealer resources; or have sales channels and resources for medical and cosmetic surgery;
3. Those with more than three years of sales management experience will be given priority;
4. Able to adapt to frequent business trips and be hard-working.
2. Provincial sales manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Mechanical Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
1. Design of product mechanical structure, mechanical components, and appearance industrial design;
2. Cooperate with electronic engineers to complete product design and ensure smooth production transition;
3. Organize technical literature and prepare technical documents, technical standards and patent information.
Qualifications:
1. Mechanical manufacturing major and related majors, bachelor degree or above;
2. More than 1 year of relevant design project experience, able to draw 3D surface drawings;
3. Familiar with mechanical principles; familiar with hydraulic systems and pneumatic systems; familiar with mechanical processing technology and reasonable selection of materials; proficient in computer-aided design.
2. Electronic engineer
Job Responsibilities:
1. Cooperate with mechanical engineers to complete product software and hardware design and ensure smooth production transition;
2. Organize technical literature and prepare technical documents, technical standards and patent information.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical, automation, electronics and other related majors;
2. More than 5 years of experience in electronic product development, understanding the entire process of product development and production transfer.
3. Proficient in hardware design and debugging of analog/digital circuits; proficient in at least one of DSP, FPGA, and ARM, and familiar with common peripheral devices and applications. Master the common tools and software for hardware development (PADS, AltiumDesigner, Cadence or others), have PCB layout experience, and be able to independently carry out module-level principle design;
4. Have 3 or more mature product results;
5. Candidates with the following experience can relax the conditions or be given priority in hiring: those with experience in medical device product development are preferred; those with experience in ultrasound or radio frequency product development are preferred; those with experience in high-frequency power amplifier design and debugging are preferred; those with experience in embedded systems, FPGA, and CPLD development; and those with experience in touch screen and LCD color screen development.
3. Project manager
Job Responsibilities:
1. Full life cycle control of medical products;
2. Participate in the company’s research and development of new products and new technologies, organize and implement preliminary research, feasibility studies, development, and design work, propose feasibility plans and carry out specific implementation; maintain quality and quantity during project implementation, and successfully complete the project within the budget;
3. Responsible for the preparation of technical documents and drawing designs for R&D projects. During the project R&D process, it is necessary to avoid existing patents and protect one’s own innovative technologies;
4. After the R&D project is completed, it is necessary to ensure the smooth transition to production;
5. Summarize the available results of various R&D projects to form an internal technical resource library;
6. Formulate research and development improvement plans for the company’s existing products and implement them in detail.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering; master degree in clinical medicine is preferred;
2. Priority will be given to those with working experience in medical consumables, or experience in materials and formulations in other industries;
3. Have 3 years or more of medical device R&D project management experience or management experience;
4. Have 3 or more mature product results.
