On July 22, 2024, Wei Zhifeng, deputy chairman and executive deputy secretary-general of the China Health Promotion Foundation, and his delegation visited Wuhan Half the Sky. They were warmly received by Qiu Xuewen, general manager of Wuhan Half the Sky. The two parties held a symposium to discuss strategic cooperation in the health industry.
Director Wei Zhifeng first visited the Half-Sky Product Exhibition Center and learned in detail about Wuhan Half-Sky’s gynecological and surgical minimally invasive interventional treatment products. He was particularly concerned about Half-Sky’s comprehensive gynecological reproductive health solutions.
At the symposium, the two parties conducted in-depth and fruitful discussions on strategic cooperation in the health industry. Director Wei Zhifeng gave a detailed introduction to the main work scope and successful cases of the China Health Promotion Foundation, especially emphasizing the current key tasks of the Foundation. First, to fully promote the development of domestic medical devices, and secondly, to actively promote the sinking and popularization of innovative medical technologies in the grassroots market.
Director Wei praised Bantian Sky for its profound accumulation and innovative achievements in the field of minimally invasive medical devices. He believed that the two parties have broad space for cooperation in interdisciplinary, discipline construction, public welfare projects, etc., and suggested that Bantian Sky conduct a more systematic sorting out and optimized layout of the existing product lines.
Qiu Xuewen, general manager of Wuhan Half the Sky, warmly welcomed the arrival of Director Wei Zhifeng. He said that Wuhan Half the Sky has been focusing on women’s health for 24 years. Half the Sky’s gynecological radiofrequency technology has core advantages such as technological leadership, safety and minimally invasiveness, and wide application. He hopes to carry out in-depth cooperation with the China Health Promotion Foundation on female reproductive health projects and discipline construction, and promote gynecological radiofrequency micro-non-invasive technology to benefit more grassroots women. Wuhan Half the Sky looks forward to exploring new models of cooperation with the foundation and promoting cooperation between the two parties to develop into deeper and wider areas.
The two parties also discussed strategic cooperation in ultrasonic surgery. Both parties agreed that they would use this visit as a good start to further strengthen information communication and resource sharing, continuously deepen the connotation of cooperation, expand cooperation areas, jointly promote the innovative development of the medical device industry, and contribute more to the progress of my country’s medical and health undertakings.
